2. What data we collect
The Company collects personal data only when the visitor provides it voluntarily or during browsing via cookies. Specifically.

- Appointment booking tool. Full name, email, phone and details of the request or appointment.

4. Recipients and processors
The data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial exploitation. It may be made accessible to providers acting as processors on behalf of the Company, exclusively for the above purposes.
- Hosting provider. Hostinger, with a server within the European Union.
- Booking and communication management tool. ArgonCRM.
- Statistics service. Google Analytics, by Google.
5. International transfers
Personal data is hosted and processed within Greece and the European Union. An exception is the Google Analytics statistics service, in the context of which certain data may be transferred to the United States. This transfer is governed by appropriate safeguards, in particular the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Retention period
- Contact and booking data. For as long as the handling of the request lasts and for a reasonable period thereafter, unless a collaboration arises, in which case the relevant agreement applies.
- Newsletter data. Until consent is withdrawn or the data is deleted.
- Statistics data. In accordance with the retention settings of the statistics service.
7. Rights of data subjects
Every data subject has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand. 8. Right to lodge a complaint
