Nous Gym is a mental health center with a network of psychologists and clients, which required a secure, structured and scalable digital operation.
The problem
Managing sessions, matching clients with psychologists, payments and invoicing were handled with disparate tools. The operation could not scale without increasing administrative burden and risk.
The intervention
A custom application was developed through which psychologists conduct sessions directly within the platform. Automatic matching of client and psychologist was implemented through algorithms, along with full management of payments and invoice issuance. The entire operation was consolidated into a single system.
The matching algorithm takes into account specialization, availability and the client's profile, reducing matching time to minutes.
